Join me for a hands on workshop learning to make sourdough bread.

You will learn what a starter is, how to make one and how to feed and care for it.

We will also make a simple seeded wholemeal loaf, sourdough crackers and Irish soda bread.

This workshop is a whole lot of fun, grab a friend and have a great day out.

Maximum 6 attendees.

Price is per person.

You’ll take home a sourdough starter, bannetton (basket for bread making), your breads, crackers and recipe’s.  Please note these breads/crackers contain gluten.

 

We'll start with morning tea and farm-style lunch is provided. Our menu will be plant based. Please advise any allergies. We can cater for dairy and gluten free for lunch.

    This is a hands on and sometimes messy workshop, please wear suitable clothing and footwear.

    Workshop is for adults only and not suitable for children under 16.

    Pets not allowed due to hygiene regulations.

    We take no responsibility for damage to/loss of personal property.
